THE CATALYST
We’d reached an inflection point. The stress was mounting. Things were falling through the cracks. We had all kinds of opportunities, but we were suffering from shiny object syndrome. We didn’t know how to manage our growth.
We knew other business owners who had worked with Tamara and the Process Mavens. We wanted the order and clarity they promised. But we didn’t just want another thing to add to the to-do list.
THE EXPERIENCE
A few minutes into our first meeting, we began to relax. We started to have some peace of mind and get back a sense of control.
As time went on, we found ourselves wanting to show up and do the work. Being accountable to someone outside the business, on our side, was what we needed to get out of the weeds.
We started to ask ourselves questions we hadn’t realized we needed to ask. We started to see where we were going and how we were going to get there.
