Hi! I’m Tamara (like “Camera”) - Teacher, Instructional Designer, and Operations Consultant. Every day, my team and I help mission-driven business owners create and document the systems that will allow them to scale and help them stay a wonderful place to work.

Everything I’ve done in my career has centered around getting a wide range of people on the same page, systematized, and moving in the same direction to get hard things done…
(Which just so happens to be my favorite thing to do, aside from logic puzzles and listening to Broadway soundtracks!)
I’ve spent…
The first 7 years of my career leading wonderfully-diverse groups of small humans in the classroom while earning a masters degree in Instructional Design.
The next 9 years leading rockstar teachers and instructional designers in the corporate EdTech world to build and support online courses and digital schools.
The last 5 years working 1-on-1 with dozens of businesses to get their teams aligned to their vision, their systems strengthened, and their training & documentation dialed-in so they could scale!
And over the last couple of decades, through all those twists and turns… the biggest lesson I’ve learned is this:
When you’re trying to scale your impact, being great at what you do isn’t enough. You need your team on the same page -- with accountability and clarity -- to keep everyone motivated and your systems running smoothly.
