What do you get?

  • Employee Bios - so new team members can get to know their team from day 1!

  • Job Descriptions for Frequently-Hired-Positions - so new-hires know what’s expected of them and what success looks like!

  • Work Instructions - so your team knows exactly how to complete their most important tasks.

  • At least 1 Quiz per Trainual Subject - to assess learning along the way.

  • On-the-job Training Checklists - so trainers can assess whether new-hires ACTUALLY know what they’re doing before they’re on their own.

So how does it work?

In our 90-Day collaborative sprint, we’ll assign your team specific content they need to send us. We’ll teach them how to send us digestible videos to explain each of those assigned processes, and then we do the heavy lifting to create your documentation in Trainual, including building quizzes and on-the-job assessments so you can be sure learning actually happens!

But the best part is by going through this program, your team will learn how to do this work for the long-run while they work alongside our team of Process Mavens. Because your business is ever-changing and the task of documentation is never really complete. You need a team who can keep your training content up-to-date!

After we’ve finished our 3-month sprint, you can take your team’s newfound documentation superpowers and go it alone OR we can continue to support you in keeping things up to date!
