Megan founded and runs Scribble 2 Script, which helps children who are struggling in school, improving their handwriting and their visual motor skills so that they can enjoy learning. She started working with us in August 2020. Here’s her story ...
THE CATALYST
We were in more chaos than we wanted to admit. We kept reinventing the wheel with each new hire and we really had no idea whether our employees were doing things the “right” way or not. We knew where we wanted to go, but we didn’t know how to get there.
I didn’t know what I wanted -- I thought I was looking for a training app. But when I found The Process Mavens, I wanted to call them then and there. (I had to wait a few hours. It was too late at night.)
THE EXPERIENCE
Tamara and her team have an amazing ability to ask the right questions, which make sense of the jumble in your heads and put things in the right order.
It felt and feels like the best kind of intervention—realizing that we knew what we were doing, but that we hadn’t given ourselves the space and grace to see it.

Soon enough, we were out of the weeds. We had clear, consistent processes. We had clear goals and we were accountable to each other, on a weekly basis.
But there was more. Having some space to breathe allowed us to reframe how we were doing things. And reframing things meant that we could start planning for growth.
I didn’t go into business to wear multiple hats. I went into business to make a difference and to enjoy my life. Working with the Process Mavens has given me the peace of mind to do both.
